Check previous orders edit personal and credit card information
Viewing order history
Once logged in, select the ‘Order History’ tab at the top of the screen.
The ‘Available Downloads’ section is where you can see any orders that are still available to
be downloaded and the amount of time remaining to be able to do that. All orders must be downloaded
within 7 days of purchase.
The ‘Previous Orders (Last 18 months)’ section is where you can view all previous orders.
If you have purchased part of a list, you will see how many more records you can purchase using the
same criteria and you can purchase ‘New Records Only’.
If you have purchased a complete list, then you will see any new records that meet your saved
criteria for that list. You can then choose to purchase ‘New Records Only’.
Checking your account
Once logged in, at the very top left hand corner of the screen select ‘My Account’.
All the information about your account will be displayed. This includes your contact, company and
credit card details. You may store multiple credit cards on your account in the knowledge that the
information is securely stored. Experian staff have no visibility of credit card details in the
system.
If you need to edit any information then just click the ‘Edit’ button by each section.
If you have a credit limit on your account then this is where you can view to see how much is left.
